Register & Submission


Submission of Abstract and Full Paper must be done electronically through the online system.

Submit Your Abstract
  • Click the "Submit your abstract" button and the "Abstract submission form" will open in a new tab.
  • Fill in the required information and also upload your abstract, then click the submit button.
  • Upload the abstract file Prescribed Format with a maximum of 2 Pages.
  • Just click the submit button once (strictly avoid multiple clicks).
  • After submitting the abstract, the acceptance of the Abstract will be intimated through this mail: aecicost@gmail.com.
Submit Your Full Paper
  • Click the "Submit Your Full Paper" button and the "Full Paper submission form" will open in a new tab.
  • Fill in the required information and also upload your Full Paper, then click the submit button.
  • Upload the Full Paper file only in Prescribed Format with a maximum of 6 Pages.
  • Bank details are given in the form and also on this page. Please read carefully to send money via Bank-to-Bank Transfer.
  • After sending the money, the Screenshot is Mandatory. Please upload the screenshot in the required field in the form.
  • After submitting the Full Paper, the acceptance of the Full Paper will be intimated via this mail: www.aecicost.in.

Mode of Payment

The Participant's Registration fee includes admission to all scientific sessions, refreshment, lunch and a soft copy of proceedings. Accommandation will be arranged in payment basis.
